Quality

The Nijburg Industry Group holds the NEN-EN-ISO 9001 certificate for both its installation and production division. ISO 9001 is the internationally accepted standard for quality management systems. This certificate demonstrates that we consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations. Our products are also all provided with the legally required CE marking and we are a participant in the Eurovent certification program. Participation in the program gives our customers a high degree of certainty and reliability when it comes to our products.

QUALITY STANDARDS

LUKA

The installation division is a member of the Dutch association of air duct manufacturers, Luka. Its production, assembly and measuring methods meet the quality requirements used by Luka. These quality requirements are at least equivalent to EN 1505 to 1507. Compliance with these quality standards is guaranteed by independent checks by officials of TUV Rheinland Nederland BV. As standard, our products comply with the new European airtightness class Air Tightness Class 3 (ATC-3), which is equivalent to Luka-C. Thanks to these constant checks, we can issue the Luka System Certificate for our projects.

Customer Satisfaction Survey (KTO)

As a family business, the Nijburg Industry Group focuses on sustainable long-term customer relationships. A good relationship and a satisfied customer are very important to us. For this reason, after completion of a project, you are asked to participate in a digital customer satisfaction survey. In this way we continue to look critically at our own processes, we can optimize them and set better priorities for our customers.
