Brabantia Design Center
A new and sustainable home for Brabantia in Valkenswaard. Brabantia’s new head office is equipped with vegetation and solar panels on the roof. The rainwater is collected and reused as much as possible. The special thing about this project is that the building can be dismantled.
Solid Air Climate Solutions has been included in the specifications for this project by K+ Adviesgroep, partly due to our simple product selection. The cooperation between the installer Kuijpers and Solid Air went well during this project, our long-term relationship and maintaining good contacts plays a major role in this.
Solid Air Climate Solutions has been able to supply various products for this sustainable building.
Silencers AGRXBO, vertebral grilles RTFO and RTWK, wall grilles WRHA, sound-absorbing WGZC, and ceiling grilles PRVD.
For this project attention to the following self-produced products:
WRHA
The WRHA consists of different profiles / raw materials and that is in stock in our factory. In the production process we work with a saw/punching machine, the semi-finished products are pre-programmed in our machines. On the basis of production drawings and production orders, the grids are produced customer-specific.
Processing steps production process Nijburg Products:
- The product is engineered.
- The profiles are then made to length with the saw/punching machine.
- After that, the parts are assembled and assembled.
- After assembly and assembly, the product is welded.
- Finally, the product is sprayed in color in our own powder coating street. Our customers have the possibility to have it sprayed in any desired RAL color.
WGZG
The sound-absorbing WGZG is manufactured entirely from sheet material. First, a large plate (size 3000×1500) is processed under the laser machine into the requested semi-finished products. Then it goes to our press brakes and then the grid is assembled manually. Partly semi-finished and partly handmade. The WGZG is once again sprayed in our powder coating street in a RAL color as desired.
